Delegate › Track a request
Public tracking shows safe status information only. Names, phone numbers, exact addresses, travel details, and private evidence are protected.
When a request is being tracked, the page answers three questions and nothing more: what is happening, who has it, and what happens next. It is deliberately not a map. Delegate records documented handoffs, not live location.
The same status means the same thing everywhere — in the app, in a notification, and here.
| Status | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Request being prepared | The requester has not posted it yet. |
| Item under review | Delegate is checking the item and route requirements. |
| More information needed | The requester must update the item details. |
| Waiting for a traveler | Approved travelers may offer for this route. |
| Traveler confirmed | The handoff plan is being prepared. |
| Going to the Hub | The origin handoff has not been completed yet. |
| Received at the Hub | The package is in documented Hub custody. |
| Checked and secured | Required evidence and package controls are complete. |
| Traveler has the package | The approved traveler accepted custody. |
| Traveling to destination | The item is moving with the assigned traveler. |
| Arrived at destination | The destination handoff is being arranged. |
| Ready for recipient | Follow the private instructions sent to the recipient. |
| Waiting for confirmation | The physical handoff is being completed. |
| Received and confirmed | The custody record is complete. |
| Paused for review | Delegate is resolving an issue before the request continues. |
| Request cancelled | No further handoff is expected. |
| Item not accepted | The item cannot proceed on this route. |
Public tracking exposes no names, phone numbers, exact addresses, identity evidence, full travel details, or internal notes. A recipient’s handoff code is private to the recipient and never appears on a tracking page, in a share message, or in a link.
If you are a recipient, use the private link you were sent. If you cannot find it, we can help.
