The guide helps you understand what may be suitable, what needs review, and what Delegate does not accept. It is preparation guidance. It is not legal advice, an airline decision, or a customs ruling.

The five statuses

Manual reviewA person must review this item before it can appear to travelers. Additional documents, photos, packaging, or quantity limits may apply.
RestrictedDelegate may accept this item only under specific route, packaging, document, value, or traveler conditions.
Not acceptedDo not submit, ship, or bring this item to a Hub. Delegate does not support it on the selected route.
UnknownThe current information is not enough to decide. Add details or ask Delegate before moving the item.

What a guide entry tells you

Every item in the guide carries the same structure, so two people reading it reach the same answer:

  • the current status, and why that status applies;
  • the routes it covers;
  • what the requester must provide;
  • packaging or battery notes;
  • quantity guidance;
  • documents that may be requested;
  • what the traveler must check;
  • when it was last reviewed, and who owns that review.
The searchable guide lives in the Delegate app. Item status depends on the item, the route, the quantity and the release stage, so it is answered from the platform’s live policy record rather than a fixed list on a web page. Pilot participants can search it in the app; anyone else can ask us directly.
The final decision is never Delegate’sThis guide helps you prepare a request. Rules can change, and the final decision belongs to the relevant airline, security, customs, health, agriculture, or other authority — never to Delegate. The full position is set out in the Terms.
