A trusted handoff deserves a trusted place.

Your shop is already where the community comes. Delegate Hubs are approved community businesses and organizations that perform defined intake, custody, and release tasks for a corridor.

Depending on the request, a Hub may:

  • receive an approved item;
  • compare it with the request;
  • capture required photographs;
  • apply or verify a seal;
  • scan custody in or out;
  • hold a package for a limited period;
  • release it to the approved traveler or recipient.
What a Hub is not asked to doHubs do not handle customer payments, decide disputes, make customs judgments, or promise delivery outcomes.

What it means for your location

For businesses, every handoff creates a new reason for a community member to enter the location. For community organizations, the service can replace an informal problem with a documented process.

Defined tasks

A Hub performs only the inspection and custody tasks required for that route — written down, not improvised.

Defined responsibilities

Responsibilities are limited and defined in the signed Hub agreement, reviewed before you operate.

Minimum disclosure

Hub staff see only packages assigned to their approved Hub and task — never the whole marketplace.
