Faster than freight.·Safer than asking a friend.
Buy what you need from abroad, or send what you already own — carried by verified travelers on flights that are already leaving, checked and sealed at trusted community hubs, with photo proof at every handoff.
30-day shipping is a choice. 72-hour delivery is a decision. What we believe — not a delivery promise. Real timing depends on an approved item and a matched traveler.

PAYMENT RELEASES AFTER THIS
Three to five weeks, and it can cost more than what's inside the box.
No receipt, no photos, no recourse. If it goes missing you lose more than a package.
A whole continent, and no safe way to move the one box that matters. Until now.
Delegate is built for that exact gap.
Four steps. Every one of them documented.
Tell us what you want bought or sent. We review every item before anything moves.
You set the reward. Verified travelers accept or counter. You choose who carries it.
A community hub checks it, photographs it, seals it, and scans it into the record.
Your recipient confirms with a code. Only then is the traveler paid.
You already have the item. A verified traveler carries it home for you.
You want something sold overseas. A traveler buys it and brings it, with the receipt.
Not because we distrust people — because proof is what lets strangers help each other. Remove the proof and you're back to hoping.
Every traveler submits identity documents and is reviewed by a real person before they can carry anything.
VERIFIED BY DELEGATE REVIEW
The hub checks the item against what you declared, takes four photos, and applies a numbered tamper-evident seal.

Hub to traveler, traveler to destination. Each change of hands is scanned, photographed and timestamped.
CUSTODY EVENT LOGGED
Your recipient confirms with a code verified by Delegate. That confirmation — not a promise — releases the traveler's reward.
CONFIRMED · CODE ····82
See the item and the reward before you accept. Counter with your own price. Decline anything that doesn't feel right.
Every item is reviewed before it's listed, and sealed in front of a hub worker. You collect it with the record in your hand.
If you didn't see it packed, you don't carry it. That isn't our policy protecting us — it's our policy protecting you.
Delegate Hubs are trusted local businesses — grocers, cafés, shipping stores, associations — that receive, check, seal and hand off packages for their own community.
Simple, predictable compensation for every package you handle.
Receive, check, photograph, seal, scan, hand off. Training and supplies provided.
You never handle money, resolve disputes, or make customs judgments. When in doubt, you call us.
Every sender and traveler who visits is a person walking into your business who wasn't coming before.
In 2011 a postal agreement made it possible to ship a small parcel across the world for a couple of dollars, tracked, in about ten days. It helped build the global e-commerce boom — and Africa was never really included in it.
We’re not waiting for the next treaty. The network already exists: people fly between the diaspora and the continent every day, with space they never use. What was missing was coordination, verification, and proof.
Prove one corridor completely. Then the next.
Same trust layer, same hubs, same rules — a different community each time, until the continent is connected by the people who already travel it.
A corridor opens only when its hubs, travelers, item rules, support and legal review are all in place. We would rather move a hundred packages perfectly than a thousand badly.
Create a request, add a trip, follow every handoff, and know what happens next.
PILOT ONBOARDING · NORTH AMERICA → ADDIS ABABA
Sending, carrying, or hosting a hub — start here and we'll walk you through it.
EXACT ROUTES, HUBS AND PICKUP CITIES ARE SHOWN INSIDE THE APP
We are new, and we won't pretend otherwise with invented numbers or fake reviews. What we offer instead is visibility: the traveler's verification, the hub's photos, the seal number, every scan, and your recipient's confirmation. You never have to take our word for anything — that's the entire point of Delegate.
Those groups prove people want this — they've proven it for years. What they can't tell you is who is actually carrying your package, whether it was opened, or what happens if it disappears. Same community, same travelers, same flights — plus verification, seals, photos and a record.
We help you describe what you're sending honestly and completely, and we tell you before you send whether something is likely to be a problem. We don't clear customs and we never promise an outcome — nobody honestly can. What we can do is stop you from sending something that was going to be seized.
You set the traveler's reward yourself, and travelers accept it or counter. Delegate charges a service fee covering the item review, the hub's work, the documentation and holding the payment safely. You see the full total before you commit, every time.
Something will, eventually — we'd rather say that now. When it does: the package is frozen, the payment is held, and a real person at Delegate owns the problem until it's resolved. You'll have photographs, timestamps and a record of everyone who touched it. That's the difference between a problem and a loss.
The pilot corridor runs from North America to Addis Ababa. Other corridors are in preparation and open only when their hubs, travelers, item rules, support and legal review are complete. Exact pickup cities and hub locations are shown inside the app.
